This position is contingent on a contract award.

This position requires a Top Secret SCI polygraph clearance.

This position supports a Government Intelligence Customer. Personnel on this contract provide health, safety, and related services that directly support the intelligence mission and improve the well-being of the customer's workforce domestically who are operating in a fast moving and high stress environment. Provide on-site office support and customer service duties in a medical office.
  • Provide front desk/reception support.

  • Receive patients and initiate medical data intake form completion.

  • Answer phones and route calls.

  • Schedule patient visits.

  • Check-in patients for their appointment, as well as check out patients at the end of their appointment and schedule any follow-on appointments.

  • Schedule, manage, and disseminate personnel and patient calendars/schedules.

  • Ordering lab tests requested by onsite medical personnel.

  • Update/file electronic and paper medical records.

  • Other general office/clerical support as needed.

  • Perform daily appointment record retrieval and replacement, performing routinely scheduled record retirement, and make copies of medical files for official purposes.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Other Job Requirements

Responsibilities

2+ years of experience in administrative support.

Possession of a current Top Secret/SCI with a polygraph clearance is required.

Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with various clientele.

Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task.

Must be able to work well under pressure.
