We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong understanding of both Design and Web Development processes. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects across web and design streams. The Project Manager will act as a key liaison between clients, designers, developers, and content teams, ensuring alignment with scope, quality, and timelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end execution of website and design implementation projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, QA, and content to ensure timely delivery.

• Gather project requirements and translate them into actionable tasks and timelines.

• Monitor progress through internal tracking tools, maintaining up-to-date project status and reporting key milestones.

• Ensure adherence to design system standards, accessibility, and web governance guidelines.

• Support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile ceremonies as required.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early, providing mitigation strategies.

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure clear alignment and expectation management.

Required Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management for digital, design, or web development projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong understanding of web production workflows (design to development handoff, QA, deployment).

• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and design collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing website implementation projects in AEM or similar enterprise CMS platforms.

• Understanding of design systems and reusable component-based workflows.

• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Workfront, or other project management platforms.

• Experience working in the Life Sciences or Healthcare industry.

• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
