Job Description Summary:
The Senior HRIS Analyst performs a variety of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ranging from data integrity, system configuration to reporting, and data analytics. In this role, you will be part of a high performing, mission driven HRIS team that manages all of Rocket’s Human Resource Systems, including but not limited to Workday. The Senior HRIS Analyst will partner with the HR Business Partner, HR team members, and employees across all levels at Rocket to leverage the return on technological capabilities to include executive workforce reporting, dashboards and analytics. The Senior HRIS Analyst is highly analytical with a keen attention to detail, loves solving problems with strong systems experiences to develop best practices for systems and data while working to support legal and compliance requirements globally.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and support configuration of requirements into Workday modules like HCM Business Processes, Benefits, US Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Security, Absence Management, Reporting, and EIBs.
Responsible for major Workday Upgrade releases by researching new functionality, testing, implementation and assist with change management.
Coordinates data migration/conversion activities, security administration set up and integration design, development and testing.
Maintains data integrity and accuracy through Workday data audits ensuring information is available promptly.
Performs group data/bulk updates, exports, imports, data clean-ups, and researches/reports/ provides corrective action on any data discrepancies.
Design, develop and evolve dashboards for reporting needs at all levels of the organization to support decision making
Delivers routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and responds ad hoc data requests ranging from basic to complex.
Conducts data analysis on HR information such as compensation, job classification, employment, employee relations, turnover/attrition, and other data as directed.
Supports the HR team in building connections for vendor file feeds and works with IT to integrate systems across the organization.
Assists with data analysis for Mergers and Acquisitions throughout the due diligence process
Manages the data for the Affirmative Action Plans and assists third party vendors on requests.
Prepares reports, graphs, charts, and statistics in support of human resources business partners.
Assists and supports others on challenging assignments and problems as directed.
Acts as primary contact for assigned function with outside organizations or other departments; respond to technical, administrative questions and ensures necessary follow up.
Required Qualifications:
At least 10+ years overall progressive experience working with HR systems, reporting, dashboard creation, maintenance and working within a corporate HR department.
Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to identify and solve complex issues
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to facilitate working within a cross-functional team environment
Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business systems, HR or other related field preferred
Experience working in a complex global organization
