  • Anchor/Lead to manage Cloud & Infrastructure Innovation Hub and any client visit who can lead and deliver
  • Responsible for leading overall client visit , coordination and execution for respective location.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate well
  • Desirable Cloud & Infrastructure Offering Knowledge or good learning ability to enable better execution of client visits.
  • Understand client needs and connect these with DXC capabilities, offerings and solutions
  • Event planning for Hybrid Visits Physical/Virtual (including: travel arrangements, agenda planning, boardroom presentations, Townhall, Rewards and Recognition sessions, sightseeing, etc.) and Budget Management.
  • Work closely with Client visit coordinators on hospitality, security access etc.
  • Client Branding: High visibility of client brand materials (Banners, Posters, and Danglers etc.) on site.
  • Responsible for creating a WOW client experience and making every single client’s visit a success.
  • Partner with Communication to maintain the C&I Innovation Hub Brand to the latest. Create and publish visit specific co-branded collateral as required, for better bonding with the client environment.
  • Understand client visit objectives, area of interest, customer challenges and plan visits accordingly
  • Ensure standardization for site visits including
    • Ensuring adherence to visit process
    • Ensuring compliance to right usage of tools
    • Ensuring all the pre and post visit documents are maintained
    • Maintaining consistency in visits across organization
  • Suggest and lead improvement initiatives in visit management process
  • Train & internalize various stakeholders on visit management processes, usage of tools & templates in their respective domain
  • Maintain visit repository, learning etc.
  • Capture post visit feedback and communicate to relevant stake holders and ensure further follow ups
  • Ensure all actions from the client visits are driven to completion and visit gets captured as per defined process.
  • Work closely with Sales Executive/Account Executives/pursuit team to identify relevant leadership representation in line with messaging, solution and DXC capabilities.
  • Develop/customize relevant marketing collaterals/branding and their mapping/customization for specific visit needs.
  • Understanding and knowledge of each of DXC's Solutions and Offerings
  • Responsible for pre visit planning and preparing teams (including completion of briefing docs, agenda creation, conducting dry runs, etc.)
  • Work with graphic designer to ensure that all collaterals adhere to the brand guidelines
  • Share visit collaterals with clients as required.
  • Should be open to travel.
