Kasa is the leading tech-enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand and manager. Kasa has built a hospitality operating system that fundamentally improves the profitability of hospitality assets while delivering a high quality, digitally forward experience to guests. We partner with owners of multifamily and boutique hospitality properties to deliver stylish, professionally managed accommodations to business and leisure travelers alike. We took the best that hotels and short-term rentals had to offer and created a new class of hospitality that is well-priced, reliable, and offers a large selection of great locations.
Unlike traditional hotel operators, we prioritize automation, AI-driven pricing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize revenue and improve guest experiences.
We are looking for a Sales & Event Coordinator to partner with and assist the sales team to achieve established revenue goals and service metrics. This critical role will support the sales manager with conducting onsite tours, following up on new active groups, and managing all sales-related client & internal communication regarding reservations and billing. Additionally, you will be the on-site point of contact for all events; you will ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. You will report to the Hotel General Manager and work closely with the Area Sales Manager while also acting as a liaison between Sales, Reservations, GX, Billing, and Operations.
Kasa’s Sales team drives revenue growth and builds direct guest and client relationships that strengthen our brand. This onsite role works directly with the property operations team to ensure sales efforts align with day-to-day operations and guest experience. You will also partner closely with the broader Kasa sales organization, collaborating to deepen customer relationships, activate property spaces, and deliver strong performance across the market.

Assist Sales Managers with reservations, client follow-up, and lead management
Promoting services and supporting sales initiatives to meet revenue targets
Event Planning & Logistics
Meeting with clients to understand event or group needs
Preparing group resumes, event outlines, timelines, and “run of show” documents
Researching, booking, and coordinating vendors, venues, catering, and services
Managing event budgets and ensuring expenditures remain on target
Coordinating group rooming lists in Kontrol and maintaining client communication in the Thynk system
On-Site Event Execution
Overseeing event setup and breakdown in coordination with onsite staff
Greeting guests, attendees, and clients upon arrival
Troubleshooting event-day issues quickly and professionally
Coordinating staff or vendors and ensuring smooth event flow
Administrative Support
Answering and responding to phone and email messages promptly
Distributing incoming mail and maintaining filing systems
Typing correspondence, preparing meeting minutes, and managing data entry
Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and event history
Assisting with inventory and coordinating internal communications
Collaboration
Working closely with other departments such as Operations, Finance, Reservations, and Guest Experience
Attending meetings and training sessions as required by management
Experience
A warm, friendly, and courteous demeanor with guests, clients, vendors, and team members
Strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be computer literate; have experience using Google Workspace tools and products, and the ability to learn new tools quickly
Database management experience
Ability to engage management decision-makers and influencers at any level
Motivated by the attainment of goals and metrics
Able to work independently, self-motivated
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently
