The Associate Manager Infrastructure Services will step into a leadership role where you’ll help shape and support DXC’s infrastructure services. You’ll collaborate across teams, drive performance, and contribute to strategic initiatives that keep our systems running smoothly and securely.

What You’ll Do

• Support the management and daily operations of infrastructure services.
• Drive the implementation of infrastructure strategies and technical projects.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure needs and support design and implementation.
• Champion best practices and continuous improvement across infrastructure processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical reports.
• Optimise resource allocation for infrastructure tasks and projects.
• Communicate effectively to support and collaborate with global team members.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in a similar infrastructure role.
• Proven expertise in infrastructure technology management.
• Strong technical acumen and collaborative mindset.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of tech trends.

Beneficial

• CompTIA A+
• ITIL 4 Fundamentals
