POSITION SUMMARY

A Private Equity Intern will provide support in all aspects of the private equity investment process, including: conducting industry research, evaluating potential investment projects, performing financial, valuation and modeling analysis, assisting on due diligence and execution of transactions, and interacting with the colleagues from various teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct industry research and evaluation on potential investment projects
• Perform various financial / valuation / modeling analysis
• Assist in due diligence of potential investment projects
• Help compose investment memorandums
• Support the execution and financing of transactions

QUALIFICATION 

• Available to start between August to October and willing to work on-site in Beijing/Shanghai for at least 3 months
• Junior/senior undergraduate or master's student with an outstanding academic record
• Prior internship experience at leading investment banks or private equity firms (candidates with a return offer preferred)
• Strong understanding of fundamental business analysis
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
• Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication abilities with great attention to detail
• Team player with the maturity to contribute to a collaborative and constructive work environment
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
