<title>About you:</title>

• <point>Bring at least 8 years of experience in legal, compliance, public policy, or regulatory roles, particularly focusing on the South African market and ideally with exposure to other Southern African markets.</point>
• <point>Demonstrate a deep understanding of South Africa's and Southern Africa's regulatory and licensing landscape, especially in mobility and transport services.</point>
• <point>Show a proven track record in developing and executing public policy strategies and managing corporate communications within a regulatory environment.</point>
• <point>Possess excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively articulate complex regulatory issues to diverse audiences; fluency in English and proficiency in other local languages highly regarded.</point>
• <point>Maintain strong relationships with governmental and regulatory bodies, securing cooperation and advocacy for organizational objectives.</point>
• <point>Exhibit high organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively; hold at least a bachelor’s degree in law, public policy, political science, or related fields, with advanced studies preferred.</point>
