The HR Team Leader will manage the HR team and provide effective guidance. They will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating the HR team members on a daily basis. This position entails carrying out tactical execution of strategies and plans on HR initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Assist the Human Resources management team in completing all Human Resources information relevant to the goals and vision of the organization

• Coach and develop members of the Human Resources team

• Maintain Human Resources Ticketing platform and ensure targets are achieved

• Assist in handling any employee legal matters or legal related transactions

• Maintain all performance related activity of the team

• Work with members of the management team to ensure alignment of all disciplinary, coaching and termination requests

• Create HR team training material in line with requirements

• Ensure Business Management related items are in line with process and make recommendations for improvement

• Assist with completion of client related audits or requested information

• Assist in the creation and implementation of company related policies

• Champion company core values and other company programs to engage and motivate our employees

• Other duties as assigned
