Sr Mgr, Machine Learning Engineering
Role Summary
The Sr Mgr, Machine Learning Engineering is responsible for leading high‑performing AI engineering teams that design, build, deploy, and operate scalable, production‑grade AI systems. This role blends people leadership, technical depth, and strategic execution, ensuring AI solutions reliably deliver business value while meeting enterprise standards for quality, security, and performance.
This role serves as a hands‑on people leader who sets technical direction, develops engineering talent, and partners closely with product, data, and business stakeholders. The Sr. Manager operates with autonomy, owns delivery outcomes across multiple initiatives, and contributes to longer‑term platform and capability strategy within AI Engineering while remaining aligned to the Machine Learning Engineering management discipline.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $213,210.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
