Summary
 

The Executive Associate partners with the Artificial Intelligence – Predictive
Solutions and Business Intelligence teams in BI&T and performs highly diverse
administrative and project focused duties, which by nature of the position may
involve high level contacts and exposure to confidential materials necessitating
the use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment. We are looking for a
dynamic, performance driven, well organized, and flexible individual with
proven skills in prioritizing and multi-tasking.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management as well as timely scheduling ensuring meetings are
    prioritized and occur within appropriate timelines.
  • Leadership and collaboration across the organizational matrix ensuring
    coordination of calendars, communications, and key initiatives.
  • Assist with group operations through scheduling team meetings,
    performance check-in meetings.
  • Partner with Strategy & Operations on communications, organizational
    events, and key initiatives.
  • Prioritizes activities and takes prompt action based on understanding of
    departmental objectives and business needs.
  • Adhere to T&E policies, including booking international and domestic
    travel and monthly reconciliation of business expenses for executive(s).
  • Ensure managers’ preparedness for all meetings (e.g. assemble meeting
    materials, help test technology, communicate with attendees and distribute
    pre-reads).
  • Prioritize and complete support requests in a timely manner (e.g. issues
    with IT, systems, facilities).
  • Meeting planning and logistics support.
  • Maintain up-to-date organizational chart / information for department.
  • Assist with employees onboarding and exits.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by remaining current
    with BMS continuous learning modules.
     

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Certification: Minimum high school diploma, associate or bachelor’s
    degree preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years as an Executive Associate administrative related experience
  • Self-driven to deliver results, driven ideas into action
  • Adapts to different styles and operates smoothly in a complex global culture
  • Demonstrates integrity and an impeccable value system daily
  • Collaborative team player who builds relationships and networks across the
    administrative community
  • Outstanding organizational skills, including attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, BMS systems and software: Word, Excel,
    PowerPoint, Outlook, Calendar, Concur, SharePoint, SAP, Workday

Compensation Overview:

Princeton - NJ - US: $74,630 - $90,434

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
