OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
ACCOUNTABILITIE
• Engage with External/Internal Stakeholder
Lead topic-driven discussions to address complex operational challenges, engaging with the site owner (iPark), internal SMEs and R&D Leaderships on operational procedure changes and system enhancements from a enterprise-wide process optimization perspective. Ensure alignment with tenant requirements while maintaining a positive owner-tenant relationship.
Simultaneously, engage with R&D members (primally in Shonan, but potentially expansion to Osaka) to capture requirements that enable sustained focus on core R&D priorities achieving an optimum balance between overall process optimization and individual accountability. Drive consensus and influence decision-making across diverse stakeholders.
• Streamlined Operational Process Design
Architect and govern internal site operation processes by defining clear roles and responsibilities between the site owner and tenant. Re-design efficient, scalable workflows that accommodate tenant-specific constraints while aligning with organizational goal.
• Digital Tool Development and Management
Shape the digital transformation roadmap for site operations, identifying opportunities within redesigned processes where additional efficiencies can be achieved and determine the most effective digital solutions.
In addition, drive the end-to-end lifecycle of digital solutions through hands-on development or by directing other colleagues or third-party vendors. Ensure timely delivery, post-launch optimization, and lifecycle management to sustain performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with External/Internal Stakeholder
複雑な業務課題に対応するため、課題単位でサイトオーナー(iPark)や社内の専門家と連携して協議を行い、全社的なプロセス最適化の観点から運用手順の変更やシステム改善を推進します。テナント要件との整合性を確保しつつ、オーナーとテナントの良好な関係を維持します。
同時に、R&D各組織のメンバー(主に湘南、必要に応じて大阪への拡大も想定)と協業し、研究開発業務の優先事項に集中できる環境基盤構築のための業務要件を収集し、全体最適と各組織・個人に求められる責任範囲との最適なバランスを検討します。多様なステークホルダー間で合意形成を促進し、意思決定に影響を与えます。
• Streamlined Operational Process Design
サイト運営に関する社内プロセスを設計し、サイトオーナーとテナント間の明確な役割と責任を定義します。テナント特有の制約を考慮し、組織目標に沿った効率的で拡張可能なワークフローを再設計します。
• Digital Tool Development and Management
サイト運営におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションのロードマップ策定に貢献し、再設計されたプロセス内でさらなる効率化が可能な領域を特定し、最適なデジタルソリューションを決定します。
加えて、デジタルソリューションのライフサイクル全体を推進し、提案から開発、導入、運用までを自身で、またはチームメンバーや外部ベンダーを指揮しながら実施します。タイムリーなデリバリー、導入後の最適化、ライフサイクル管理を確実に行い、パフォーマンスの維持と継続的改善を推進します。
