Job Description:

•  Act as a key leader in digital transformation efforts within the procurement function, focusing on modernization, automation and system integration.

• Lead the evaluation, deployment, and adoption of digital procurement tools, including automation tools and workflows.

• Create and drive automation initiatives

• Create and maintain advanced dashboards and analytics for spend supplier data and procurement performance for Executives presentations.

• Support digital innovation by identifying opportunities for predictive analytics, AI‑driven classification and automated data quality monitoring.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend digital solutions that improve procurement processes.

• Collaborate across global procurement teams to align data structures, governance practices and reporting standards.

• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to redesign processes and collaborate with global procurement, IT, and finance teams on system enhancements and structural improvements.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong analytical and data-driven skills.

• Ability to manage complex, cross functional projects and priorities.

• Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement approach.

• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Software Knowledge:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, AI tools and data manipulation.

• Expertise in SAP or similar procurement systems.

Experience:

• Experience in Procurement, Business Intelligence or related areas.

Education:

• Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems and others.

Languages:

• Fluent English

• Spanish is considered a plus

• NBA – São Paulo, SP or Resende, RJ;
