As a Front End Manufacturing Engineering Production Supervisor, you are responsible to the oversee the production line performance and focus on specific area assigned.
You need to cooperate with various department such as Prod. ShiftProd. Area Planning IE OI EE PE ATE...ect. to enhance and align line management process.
And have the ability not only to dig out production line abnormal issue but also continuously improve Prod. capacity KPI.
To have the concept of workload reduction and prioritizing is the key to take this position.
