The Legal Partnerships Analyst will play a crucial role in assisting the Manager of Legal Partnerships with various tasks related to contract and vendor management, data reporting, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and technical skills, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
In Long:
Partner and Support the Manager of Legal Partnerships:
Collaborate closely with the Manager of Legal Partnerships to execute legal initiatives and projects.
Assist in the development and maintenance of vendor relationships and contracts.
Strong Organization and Prioritization Skills:
Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure that legal operations run smoothly.
Maintain a structured and efficient workflow to meet deadlines.
Strong Technical Ability:
Utilize technical skills to work with data and reporting tools to support legal operations.
Generate Reports via Excel & Power BI:
Create and generate various reports using Excel and Power BI to provide insights into legal operations and contract management.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
Create Reports via Vendor Management Software Platform:
Utilize the vendor management software platform to generate reports related to vendor performance and compliance.
Maintain and update vendor records as necessary.
Provide Administrative Support Enterprise-Wide:
Offer administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of Contract and Vendor Management Platforms.
Assist in user onboarding and provide guidance on platform usage.
Intake Business Requests and Transfer Data:
Collaborate with different departments to intake business requests related to legal partnerships.
Transfer data and relevant information to the applicable systems accurately.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, formula creation, and report generation.
Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
Understanding of business reporting needs and the ability to translate requirements into actionable reports.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with contract management or vendor management is a plus.
Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
