Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Business Finance Partner (BP)

Work closely with CS&L (Customer Service, Warehouse, Transportation, Planning) to provide end-to-end financial support, lead cost, efficiency, inventory and cash flow optimization, and support supply chain delivery cost reduction, productivity improvement and service level targets.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting

Own annual budget, monthly rolling forecast and strategic planning for the supply chain; track budget execution, conduct variance analysis and corrective actions to ensure achievement of cost, OPEX and CAPEX targets.

  • Cost & Expense Management

Oversee end-to-end cost accounting and control including logistics, warehousing, co-packing and customer service operating expenses; establish cost models, drive cost-saving projects and productivity improvement, and deliver management reports with actionable insights.

  • Inventory Management

Optimize inventory turnover (DIOH) and control in-transit & obsolete inventory to optimize working capital efficiency.

  • Investment & Project Support

Conduct financial evaluation, ROI calculation, process control and post-completion review for supply chain CAPEX and new projects; participate in financial reviews for network optimization, TMS/WMS digitalization, outsourcing and carrier bidding.

  • Internal Control & Process Optimization

Implement Mondelez global financial policies, SOX and GAAP internal control requirements; ensure compliance in order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and inventory management processes, and drive financial digitalization and automation.

  • Reporting & Cross-functional Collaboration

Provide supply chain performance analysis, KPI dashboards and management presentations to global/regional leadership; collaborate with plant, procurement, sales, IT, legal and other functions to deliver cross-functional projects.

  • Team Management & Development

Drive talent development agenda in MSC finance organization, coach and develop talents in team. Build a high-performance team. Driving simplification through process standardization and digitalization.

Personal Specifications

  • Qualified Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
  • 8+ years of experience in finance & accounting in an MNC, familiar with US GAAP and local GAAP.
  • 5+ years in supply chain finance, logistic experience preferred.
  • Finance digitalization experience is a big plus.
  • Proficient analytical skills, and sound understanding of the consumer goods industry.
  • Experienced in leading a team, good at coaching.
  • Resilient, can work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English.
