Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive Oracle Cloud Financials expertise to lead a large-scale Oracle Cloud Finance transformation program. The ideal candidate will combine project management acumen with deep technical and functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud Financials. They should be able to independently manage the project from planning through delivery, coordinate resources, oversee financials, and guide technical development. This role also requires strong architecture skills to shape the solution, manage RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows) development, and engage with stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities • Project Leadership: Lead Oracle Cloud Finance transformation, define milestones, and manage delivery, scope, and resources. • Resource & Stakeholder Management: Allocate resources, oversee performance, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders. • Financial & Profitability Tracking: Monitor project budget and profitability, ensuring alignment with financial targets. • ERP Architecture & RICEW Oversight: Provide architectural guidance, oversee RICEW components, and ensure solutions align with business needs. • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed. • Client Communication: Conduct meetings and provide updates to ensure transparent, effective stakeholder engagement. Professional & Technical Skills: • Oracle Cloud Financials: Expertise in modules like General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. • Project Management: Strong skills in managing budgets, timelines, and resources, with proficiency in tools like MS Project. • ERP Architecture & Technical Oversight: Knowledge of Oracle ERP architecture and experience with RICEW components. Additional Information: • The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials. • This position is based at our Bengaluru office. • CA/CMA/MBA Finance, 15 years full-time education is required.
