What we're looking for:

We’re looking for a world-class Project Manager to join our global team based in Manila. This is a critical position in EROAD’s business and requires a passionate professional with solid experience and leadership in both internal and external project management.

About the role:​

The successful candidate will provide leadership, direction and successful delivery of EROAD’s strategic projects. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for; ​

• Managing the planning and delivery of internal system and / or process improvement projects of various sizes and complexities

• Maintaining accurate systems of records for owned projects

• Providing pro-active business analytic expertise as required

• Report on and deliver stakeholder presentations relating to owned projects

• Facilitate strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support successful collaboration and outcomes

• Maintain specialist knowledge and keep up with best practice in project management

Skills and experience:​

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 5+ years' project management experience and possesses skills such as:​

• Strong understanding of business operations, systems, processes and commercials (Salesforce and Microsoft D365 preferable)

• Diligent and analytical with strong delegation skills

• Holds an excellent reputation as a motivated, reliable and self-sufficient professional

• Proven ability to report and communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders

• Related tertiary qualification(s) will be highly regarded

• Business analytics and relating processes and reporting

• Experience within the telematics industry, or an associated industry is desirable

• Proficient in Jira project management and AI tools
