You will also take responsibility for key datasets, including scorecards and Product Universe data, ensuring they are maintained and developed in line with business needs. The role includes overseeing data quality across Delegated Underwriting Operations, implementing effective controls, performing reconciliations, and resolving data queries from third-party bordereaux administrators and internal stakeholders. You will also support governance forums by coordinating Conduct Risk information and providing analysis and reporting for relevant committees. Overall, this is a collaborative role requiring effective data management, stakeholder engagement, and governance experience within a Delegated Authority environment.

  • Ensure accurate and well‑governed underwriting data through effective controls, reconciliation, and issue resolution.

  • Provide reliable analysis and reporting to governance committees to support regulatory compliance and risk management, including EPI reviews, profit commission reconciliation, and ELTO reporting and audits.

  • Support and guide a small team, ensuring clear objectives, development, and performance support.

Professional Experience

  • Experience within a Lloyd’s Managing Agent or Insurance Company within Delegated Authority.

  • Experience managing data quality and MI reporting processes.

  • Prior experience supporting or leading people or small teams – desirable but not essential
