  • About the Role
    The Marketing Operations Specialist will manage the operational side of our marketing efforts, focusing on digital marketing, demand generation, and data-driven initiatives to support lead acquisition and brand growth. This role will be instrumental in executing campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and managing the tools and technologies that drive our marketing engine. Additionally, this role will work closely with the Senior Marketing Strategist to provide tactical support and insights.

    As the Marketing Operations Specialist you will also contribute to a variety of areas including:

  • Digital Marketing Execution: Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising. Optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute lead generation initiatives, driving qualified leads to support sales pipeline growth. Manage lead scoring, nurture campaigns, and segmentation.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics. Provide actionable insights to improve marketing efficiency, conversion rates, and overall impact.
  • Events Management: Assist in planning and assist in executing both virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, industry conferences, and company-hosted events. Handle end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, registration, promotional activities, and on-site/virtual support to ensure a smooth and impactful experience for participants.
  • Support Brand Management: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across digital assets and support the creation of content in line with brand guidelines.
  • Technology and Tools Management: Oversee marketing tools and systems, including CRM, email marketing, and automation platforms. Ensure seamless integration with Sales tools for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Content Creation and Support: Collaborate on the production of engaging content for demand generation, including blog posts, social media assets, and email copy.
  • About You

    You’re a good fit for the role of Marketing Operations Specialist if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience in tracking and optimizing marketing performance.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements.
