Position Summary

The Commercial Experience Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Coordinating Team’s objectives, with a focus on driving Commercial’s intern program, new business opportunities, Commercial training and communication, and other key initiatives. This role is also instrumental in implementing process improvements by actively participating in or leading cross-functional teams, conducting stakeholder interviews, and providing actionable recommendations to management. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Commercial Leadership Team, Business Units, HR, field personnel, and various internal departments. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a keen interest in training and change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages the Commercial intern program on behalf of Commercial. Responsibilities include collaborating with HR to ensure Commercial engagement at select universities. Overseeing and collaborating with the Commercial teams that support university job fairs and intern interviews. Planning intern training and facility tours.  Planning and hosting the summer internship Symposium. Planning for and leading intern overview and recommendations for repeat internships or full-time hire opportunities.
  • Serves as needed on Commercial’s Business Recovery Team (“BRT”) as a lead facilitator. This includes being on-call after hours and weekends.
  • Coordinates and facilitates New Business Realization (“NBR”) opportunities on behalf of the Commercial organization. 
  • Works as part of an integrated team to support solutions to improved business processes or technology improvements by creating new reference materials or revising existing documentation.
  • Manages training programs and provide support for learning initiatives and requests for assigned responsibility areas.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of training materials and programs for knowledge acquisition and retention.
  • Facilitates training sessions to promote consistent methodology and processes across commercial reports & systems.
  • Acts in a responsive manner to handle user requests for additional training or answer user questions on report or system concepts.
  • Creates a culture of continued training and learning for the Commercial organization. Including onboarding / training of new Commercial team members / teams as needed.
  • Manages Sharepoint site, “The Source”.

Education and Experience:

Senior Commercial Experience Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Education, Business Administration or other related discipline or five (5) years of experience in lieu.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in HR, education, business administration or related field

Lead Commercial Experience Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Education, Business Administration or other related discipline or five (5) years of experience in lieu.
  • Seven (7) or more years of experience in HR, education, business administration or related field
