- Ensure and manage all Linde and STILL brand requirements regarding Intralogistics of KION ITS Slovakia;
- Ensure and foster good practice exchange within Slovakia and with other countries within Visegrad region;
- Monitor the market developments thoroughly and provide market feedback as well as prediction and input to business lines and HQ;
- Management of ILS external service providers, targets and conditions setting, searching and selection of new external suppliers as per strategic needs of both brands within KION ITS SK;
- Place of work Nitra or Trenčín.
Tasks and Qualifications:
Personality requirements and skills
- Min.10+ years experience within Leading Roles in Sales or Service;
- Proven experience in managing larger technical projects – preferably in Intralogistics;
- Command English language crucial;
- Understanding of Material handling and Intralogistics market and products/solutions – advantage;
- Project management experiences;
- Agile and easy adaptable personality depending on situation and need;
- Good market and industry background or at least understanding;
- Ability to develop contacts and reliable business partners internally and externally;
- Strong communication skills and social competence as well as coaching/consultancy ability;
- Strong personality able to lead independently and equally both teams Linde and Still within KION ITS Slovakia.
