Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate software engineer with strong problem-solving skills and a solid background in infrastructure engineering. You will responsible for development and operation role for Samsung cloud infrastructure and services.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for development, deployment, test and operation of Samsung cloud infrastructure and services such as :

- Feature development

- Database optimization

- Performance improvement

- Unit and integration test implementation

- Automated deployment

- Security best practices implementation

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, Software Engineering and Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, or related major.

• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience in software engineering, or advanced degree without experience

 • Familiar with Linux environment

 • Familiar and comfortable with Java and/or Go language

 • Familiar and comfortable with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript language

 • Have knowledge of Frontend development using JavaScript and Vue.js

 • Have knowledge of SQL and NoSQL

 • Have knowledge in Kubernetes and Docker technology

 • Have knowledge of AWS services (e.g. EC2, Route53, EKS, RDS)

 • Have knowledge of security best practices in cloud and distributed systems

CI/CD

 • Familiar with Ansible automation platform

 • Have knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concept using Terraform

• Have knowledge of CI/CD tools using Jenkins, Spinnaker and Argo CD
• Strong understanding logic, algorithm and data structure concepts.

•  Professional level English communication skills both verbal and written

• Have interest or experience in Infrastructure Engineering
