About the role:
Customer Service Officer – Thailand
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Thailand team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order execution, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting a lean, efficient operation across Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end order processing and billing with high accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate closely with 4PL partners, Sales, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
Track orders and proactively resolve delivery or transactional issues
Manage product loan transactions, including tracking, reconciliation, and system updates
Maintain data accuracy and support reporting and audit requirements
