Job Description

Conseiller relation clientèle :
 

  • Accueillir conseiller et fidéliser nos clients en leur faisant vivre une expérience unique et personnalisée quel que soit le canal de communication utilisé 
  • Accompagner nos clients dans l’utilisation de leur espace personnel 
  • Assurer le traitement des opérations courantes liées au contrat de financement : modifications administratives (changement de RIB, changement d’adresse…), modifications financières, décalage de date de prélèvement, report d’échéance, prolongation de contrat…)
  • Assister notre réseau de concessionnaire et nos prestataires : vous traitez leurs demandes avec implication en respectant les engagements, les techniques et les procédures de la relation client en vigueur 
  • Alerter et faire remonter les informations afin d’optimiser la satisfaction de nos clients et vous n’hésitez pas à être force de proposition dans l’amélioration continue du service. A ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à participer à des ateliers/projets. 
  • Identifier les opportunités commerciales, vous orientez le client vers le service adapté.
