About the Role
As the Senior Manager, Professional Services, you’ll lead a growing team of Professional Services Consultants and Architects who implement CaptivateIQ’s Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions for our customers.
You’ll own a portfolio of strategic implementations and serve as the strategic liaison between delivery teams, Product, and Customer Experience leadership. This role is ideal someone who thrives at the intersection of delivery excellence, people leadership, and operational strategy - someone who can scale a high-performing PS function while maintaining world-class customer outcomes.
You will be responsible for evolving our delivery frameworks, deepening consultative engagement with enterprise customers, and ensuring our implementations set clients up for long-term success and adoption.
