Manage sales of Crushing and Screening businesses (SRP) aftermarket products and services solutions to customers within an assigned geographical territory for CIS countries.
Reporting to the Territory Manager located in Almaty, with the mission of managing the after-sales in accordance with the Sandvik Lifecycle business model. Retain and grow business with existing customers and generate sales from new customers; to anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering to maximize customer value and AM sales profit.

Sales activities. Ensure the focus for the promotion of the complete offer of both spare parts, consumables and service. Manage to secure service contracts, lead sales efforts directly and through the distributor channel, planning and monitoring. Train and lead the aftermarket activities and dealers within the territory to achieve the sales and performance plans. Perform analysis of the competition, performance, prices, market share, services and identify needs and promote actions. Detection of the needs of our clients, operations and processes.  Ensure that all signed contracts and conditions are in line with Sandvik policies. Create customer proposals including EHS, application and technical knowledge to proactively create opportunities for Sandvik. 

Successful candidate will work closely with direct customers and dealership network, supporting the team providing best solutions for customers to achieve the highest quality, product and customer service standards. Preparation, agreement with the person in charge and back line of the budget and its compliance on an annual basis.  Coordination of all those responsible and ensure compliance with the strategy. 

Managing customer service function withing geographical area according to local processes and procedures and divisional guidelines.  assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to more complex customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
To collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence to product and sales management by using the applicable systems.
