IT Service Delivery Manager
The Service Delivery Manager - Data Archival role will be involved in technical delivery management, including the build governance, operations governance, vendor management, estimation and sizing, resource forecasting and technical deliveries.

What you will do:
- Manage technical delivery of decommissioning projects and participate in the assessment, planning of decommission project.
- Manage Solix AMS development and operations team and Act as escalation point in the local time zone.
- Responsible for working with onshore and offshore project manager/supervisors, optimizing the onshore/offshore resource model and collaborate with technical leads, architect development leads to understand upcoming projects, deployment and hyper care and track the same.
- Maintain project repository, track it and provide a robust governance around the same.
- Manage project pipeline, maintain it and track it with latest updates and manage the planning and prioritization of tasks for team members.
- Participate in maturing process of decommissioning estimations and tracking to the estimations with cost benefits analysis, capacity and resource design, assessing environmental risks and contingency support.
- Review all technical reports and its impact on the platform for ongoing projects and deliveries.
- Provide communications and visibility on key activities and initiatives to the Stryker decom leaders in form of Monthly reports and trackers.
What you will need:
- At least 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area required.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study preferred.
- Knowledgeable with ETL, data conversion, data type mapping, etc.
- Good experience in SQL and PLSQL programming required
- Knowledgeable with Data Modeling and various data store platforms – RDBMS, Mainframe, Flat Files, etc. and Big Data technology
- Expertise in SDLC – Analysis, Design, Development, and Deployment of reports, forms, queries, etc
- Knowledgeable with software deployment processes – testing & troubleshooting, training
- Technical experience supporting Integration / Sales & Marketing / Commercial ERP / Manufacturing or end to end process is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience leading service operations and service delivery (build) teams.
Preferred:
- ITIL Foundations v3 certification preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
