HEIDELBERG Baltic Finland OU branch in Latvia are looking for a field-based service specialist – Mechatronics, based in Riga, Latvia, to make professional service for printing equipment made by HEIDELBERG and its official partners, working throughout Baltic countries and reporting to Service coordinator Latvia and Service Manager Baltics.

Skills, values and experience required:

You should be with a good technical background (electrical/electronics, mechatronics and/or mechanical engineering, including knowledge of electrical engineering), preferably but not obligatory with professional experience in a graphics machine industry.

Your mindset and confident demeanor are customer and service oriented, as you are the competent point of contact for our customers on site.

You should be open to technical innovation, willing to continue your learning and are characterized by a sense of responsibility, as well as organizational talent, flexibility, and a willingness to travel.

Any overtime and weekly work will not be a problem for you.

You speak Latvian (C1) and have at least B2 level of English language both verbal and written.

Driver license B category.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Installing, investigating, and repairing machine faults assigned by Service coordinator.
• Report the correct parts and other resources needed for repairs assigned in a timely manner.
• Ensure clear communication of escalations/problems/concerns to Service coordinator /Service Manager and follow up the report.
• Customer facing – clear communication to customer both verbal and written – take the ownership of faults / calls assigned to you.
• Assist and support colleague/other SSU’s when needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility with start and finish time and cross skilling.
• Exchange information & skills among the colleagues.
• Ensure grownup of professional level.
• Follow and adhere company regulation and procedures.
