Reporting to the VP, Product Management – Modern Retail, this product management leader is critical as CDK continues our focus on delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. The Director, Product Management – CRM bridges the gap between customer needs, business strategies, and development and improvement of CDK’s CRM system.
This leader owns the product strategy and long-term success of one of the largest CRMs in the automotive space. Responsible for almost half of the new vehicle transactions in the US, this product leader will be at the helm of making strategic decisions for one of the most important applications in both the dealership's operations and the consumer's transaction.
The Director, Product Management – CRM is a strategic leader who ensures the CRM serves the current and future needs of both the business and customers.

Base Salary Ranges: $190,000 - $230,000
