Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for HR business partnering for a specific function or business area. This includes end‑to‑end support across the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment, compensation and employment decisions, onboarding, workforce planning and deployment, employee relations matters, and exit interviews.
You will also take primary ownership of talent management initiatives, including performance management, talent reviews and succession planning, change management, employee engagement initiatives, and support for DE&I projects.
A significant part of the role involves close alignment with global and Asia Pacific Japan initiatives, working in partnership with and receiving guidance from the APJ.
At the company level, we are undergoing cultural transformation, organizational changes, and a refresh of various operational processes. In addition, for business‑critical growth areas, attracting and retaining talent—both externally and internally—will be a key priority. In these areas, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide hands‑on support.
This is a strategic HR role that requires broad coverage as well as deep, specialized problem‑solving capabilities.
The position offers exposure across multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment and Compensation & Benefits, while actively executing initiatives. It also provides a strong foundation for a future management career path.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated advanced HR expertise and deep knowledge across multiple disciplines, including compensation, training, organizational development, workforce planning and deployment, and employee relations.
Ability to apply experience and skills to strategic workforce planning, team building, and other related initiatives.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, including hands‑on experience in areas such as succession planning, organizational design and restructuring, employee relations/labor matters, and talent reviews.
Experience using English in a business or professional environment
HR experience within the IT or technology industry
Experience leading internal training programs, or serving as an instructor or facilitator
