A Day in the Life

Are you passionate about driving sales growth and leveraging digital tools to create meaningful connections? Medtronic is excited to announce a brand-new position: Junior Sales and Digital Specialist, supporting the digital transformation of the Diabetes Business in Hungary. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate within a dynamic team, advance sales initiatives, and optimize digital strategies—all while contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Assist in the creation of sales and business reports under the supervision of the Business Lead
• Update and track data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
• Collaborate daily with the local ELM (Event Learning Management) team on event coordination
• Work with the Customer Service team on specific cross-functional projects
• Support and contribute to the development of the local diabetes digital system
• Provide market data analysis under the guidance of the Business Lead
• Assist in new product launches in collaboration with the marketing team

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Fluency in English
• Basic digital knowledge
• Assertive and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in project management
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

It would be favorable for the candidate to possess strong quantitative competencies combined with a curious and empathic approach, demonstrate an interest in optimization and continuous improvement, show eagerness to learn and develop, and embody a proactive, competitive mindset.
