What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for non-attorney support of legal operations.
  • Editing, proofing, and formatting of various legal documents, including SOWs, NDAs, BAAs and commercial client contracts.
  • Work with attorneys within the Office of the General Counsel to finalize contract documents and project setup requirements.
  • Manages and archives legal documentation.
  • Manage contracts and supporting documents in our corporate wide contract system- Evisort
  • Respond to client questionnaires in connection with project setup.
  • Acts as a liaison between business teams and the Office of the General Counsel regarding project setups and documentation.


What You Will Need:

  • Requires a University Degree and minimum TWO (2) - FOUR (4) years of work experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Efficient learner with ability to handle time sensitive projects.
  • Highly accurate work product
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with team members and business leaders.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Relevant contracts experience
  • Knowledge of contracts management software (Evisort)
