Job Overview:

The SAP MM resource is responsible for supporting SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) and Ariba integration with SAP ECC. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle. The SAP MM resource will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure system integrity, and provide guidance to improve SAP solutions continuously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the functional support in running SAP SRM and Ariba, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Manage enhanced functionalities, from blueprinting to post-go-live support.
  • Provide expertise on integration points with other SAP modules, including PP, QM , FI, and CO.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify system gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with development teams for any required enhancements or customizations.
  • Train and mentor team members on SAP SRM processes and best practices.
  • Maintain project documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Engage in Support Pack Updates and Upgrade testing.
  • Engage with business users to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP SRM, Ariba features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP MM with Ariba
  • Proven experience in multiple full-cycle SAP MM implementations and / or Level 1 support work
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP MM processes (Procurement, MRP, Inventory Management)
  • Strong understanding of integration with SAP PP, SD, QM, FI, and other modules
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • SAP MM / Ariba certification is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in S/4HANA MM
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
