As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system components, and delivering timely resolutions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system elements to maintain optimal performance and reliability, often requiring collaboration with different teams to address complex challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in resolving technical challenges.
- Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks or failures.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software defects efficiently.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Ability to work with various operating systems and browsers to validate application behavior.
- Good communication skills to effectively report issues and collaborate with development teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
