Position Overview: 

We are seeking a Project Manager to join the circulatory restoration marketing team (formerly known as Shockwave Medical). This role serves as the operational hub for marketing review and approvals to drive efficiency, consistency and compliant delivery of promotional assets. A key focus of this position is leading and managing the ad promo review workflow, including reviewer coordination, routing, training and quality oversight. The Project Manager will also co-own the creative workflow platform, streamline processes, enhance cross‑functional collaboration and support both brand marketing and marketing operation’s needs.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage the ad promo review workflow and process

  • Maintain strong relationships with review partners (RA, MA, Legal, R&D, and HCC)

  • Communicate workflow updates, process changes and SLAs

  • Build/maintain proof‑route templates and perform new hire and ongoing team training

  • Oversee quality control, proof management and DAM acceptance

  • Manage DAM tagging, metadata, organization and storage

  • Support the team by trafficking creative assets

Requirements: 

  • College degree (BA or equivalent)

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably with agency and/or healthcare or other highly regulated industry experience

  • Strong understanding of marketing and creative workflows

  • Proficiency with project management software; experience with Lytho strongly preferred

  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems required

  • Experience managing complex review processes in regulated industries

  • Excellent organization, communication and problem‑solving skills

  • Comfortable adapting to evolving processes and business needs

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$109,000.00 - $174,800.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
