About the Role

The Agency Strategic Initiatives Consultant will be in charge of the analytics, performance monitoring and reporting of strategic initiatives (including the Premier Advisor Strategy Framework - Path to MDRT, Mentor Mentee Program) and other initiatives as required.

• As Analytics Lead, generates valuable and insightful reports that lay the foundation for data-driven strategic planning and decision making within the organisation
• Data Gathering – Identifies critical data points that are relevant for addressing specific business needs and requirements
• Data Processing – Employs advance data processing techniques to cleanse the raw data transform them into a structured format and extract relevant patterns and trends and that reveal underlying behaviours and insights
• Data Management – Leads the development and management of accessible data repositories to ensure timely availability and seamless retrieval of reports by different key stakeholder
• Conduct business analysis and progress report for the different advisor segments (SA/LA/PA/Aspirants/MDRT) under the Premier Advisor Framework.    
• Premier Advisor Framework quarterly rewards – post training, track the performance of those agents against the required case count and generate the required report to submit to finance 
• Track the performance of 2025 146 MDRT achievers and provide business analysis report with insights on trends and behaviour.
• Performance tracking and progress report of Mentor Mentee Program for monthly 1 to 1 performance review
• Conduct business analysis report that will be helpful in gaining insights for MDRT initiatives and requirements
• Conduct Performance & Pipeline Business Review of potential MDRT to BDMs and Agency Leaders
• Existing Customer Marketing (ECM) – conduct business analysis to gain insights to drive agent activity and higher recapture business
