Job Description:

• Assist in the procurement of materials and services under the supervision of more experienced team members.

• Help collect and compare supplier quotations and support in bid evaluations.

• Follow up on purchase orders, delivery timelines, and documentation.

• Support data entry and maintenance of procurement records and systems.

• Assist in preparing purchasing reports and KPI updates.

• Help monitor supplier performance in terms of delivery and basic compliance.

• Ensure alignment with internal procurement policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify purchase needs.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Engineering or commercial background (Administration, Economics, Engineering, others)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.

Software Knowledge:

• MS Office (Excel + PowerPoint Mandatory)

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.

Experience:

• Basic knowledge of purchasing principles and supply chain processes.

Education:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering or commercial background (Administration, Economics, Engineering, others)

Languages:

• English - intermediate (Advanced English is a plus)
