The Program Manager of Customer & Partner Experience (CPX) Operations plays a central role in driving and executing CPX’s business strategy and operationalizing key priorities.  This collaborative, results-driven Program Manager is responsible for planning, managing and executing a variety of programs, projects and/or strategic initiatives across teams, departments and the entire company.  This individual will work with key leaders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to identify business goals, align resources, plan and scope initiatives, build necessary deliverables and/or capabilities and ensure effective communication and change management.  

What You’ll Do

  • Lead successful development and execution of high impact programs, projects and/or strategic initiatives for CPX to realize key business priorities

  • Engage with key business leaders, SMEs and cross-functional teams to assess business problems, build analysis / deliverables and drive initiatives to resolution

  • Plan, monitor, and manage initiatives to effectively mitigate risks, while providing transparency via communications and established KPIs with key stakeholders 

  • Establish the right amount of process to drive efficiency, alignment, and continuity in a rapidly evolving environment

  • Create comprehensive change management plans to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new ways of working 

  • Conduct business and/or operational analysis and own as-needed deliverables and artifacts 

  • Participate and/or co-lead key planning, design and/or build workshops

  • Serve as an SME on Project Management and/or Change Management

  • Contribute to team development, thought leadership, processes, tools and methodologies

What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years related work experience coupled with planning, managing and executing complex project with cross-functional teams

  • 2+ years of experience in strategy and operations consulting, management consulting, business transformation, business strategy or business operations 

  • Bachelor’s degree - an advanced degree will be considered in lieu of experience 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong familiarity with Project Management, Agile, and Change Management, including Design Thinking principles

  • Demonstrated expertise in business and operational analysis

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Self-motivated with a strong bias for action, results, and continuous improvement

  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure

  • Ability to work effectively with multiple teams in various locations and build consensus among diverse perspectives

  • Effective negotiator and creative problem solver who can drive results in partnership with stakeholders at all levels

  • Can lead through influence, partnering with globally distributed, cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals

  • Strong critical thinking, storytelling, and presentation skills

  • Expertise with key project management and operational analysis tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, Mural)

Telecommuting Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Fully remote with ability to flex between 10-25% travel 

  • US preferred with occasional need to access local Workiva offices


 

How You’ll Be Rewarded

✅ Salary range in the US: $117,000.00 - $199,000.00

✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire

✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
