This role will be part of the asset optimization team where you will design systems and processes to improve various cost saving projects in manufacturing & surplus assets monetization, stranded tools dispo and management. You will also drive transformation projects via cross-functional teams across sites.

Your Job:

Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:

• Develops, designs, plans, and implements cost saving projects including refurbished tools purchase, alternate parts cost saving & Fab byproducts sale.

• Documents and ensures compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines

• Evaluate problem statement / area of improvement & driving solution with cross functional teams across sites 

• Develops and maintains metrics to measure task/projects/individual goals towards departmental OKR

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs 

• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed 

Required Qualifications:

• Degree or above in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Physics

• 5-8 years working experience in a similar role/industry

• Able to travel at least once or twice in a year o

• Good interpersonal skills

• Good team player
