Are you excited by the opportunity to shape how a global organisation optimises performance and drives profitability? As a Field Asset Specialist, International, you will play a critical role in transforming asset management across our International Orthopaedics business. This is a high-impact, strategic position where your analytical mindset, commercial understanding, and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives will directly influence performance across multiple markets. Based in Spain or Poland, you will work with international teams and bring meaningful change to how we operate.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will lead the transformation of our cost to serve model across key markets. You will dive deep into asset performance, building a clear understanding of utilisation, costs, and value drivers, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

You will design and execute pilot initiatives that test new service models, balancing financial outcomes with customer needs. As these pilots progress, you will track results, measure impact, and refine your approach, before scaling successful models across regions. You will work closely with commercial, supply chain, finance, and planning teams, translating insights into actionable strategies and ensuring alignment across functions.

At the same time, you will help embed new ways of working by developing frameworks, tools, and playbooks that allow local markets to sustain improvements independently. This is a role where you will combine data, strategy, and collaboration to drive lasting business impact.

What will you need to be successful?

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong combination of analytical capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a complex environment. You are comfortable working with data, leading projects, and communicating clearly across functions.

  • Ideally experience with Salesforce and SAP, combined with a commercial or product management background within healthcare industry

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability, a data driven mindset, and experience translating complex data into clear business insights

  • Ability to manage projects and deliver results in cross functional environments, with experience in supply chain, planning, or similar areas considered an advantage

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with fluency in English, strong stakeholder management abilities, and willingness to travel occasionally
