Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth.

Electrification Team and Stakeholders.You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.
- Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
- Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed.
- In collaboration with the Service sales team generates and identifies service sales leads by analyzing the IB potential and targeting those new IB opportunities from emerging trends with the Service solutions available. Deter mines account and acquisition plans to support growth. Develops a long term depth of pipeline and recurring opportunities. Seek to expand service revenues via channel partners.
- Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.
Qualifications for the role- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration or other relevant fields of study
- Minimum 10 years experience in a leadership role of sales teams. Sales and marketing understanding, general knowledge of customer products, applications and processes, excellent skills in customer relations with mature selling behavior and actively drive discussions and negotiations ideally in low voltage and medium voltage market.
- Good knowledge in contract and risk management, understand and use sales processes and related tools, knowledge of health and safety procedures and relate to ABB .
- Ability to identify customer service needs and to match those with ABB service offerings, ability to find innovative solutions to meet customer requirements, ability to accurately estimate costs of service offerings, takes steps to share and leverage cooperation and knowledge across the organization.
- Strong performance and change management skills with strong ability to communicate the business vision and strategy.
- Fluency in English language is mandatory.
- This role will require 50% of travel mainly within Mexico.
