About the role

As our Senior Performance Manager – Amazon, you’ll be the driving force behind Dyson’s results on one of the world’s most competitive platforms. You won’t just connect strategy to markets—you’ll energise teams and turn every lever for growth, from media and merchandising to data and commercial execution.

Reporting to the Head of Amazon Business and Operations, you’ll take ownership of media planning, budgeting, insights, and every aspect of acquisition cost in our Amazon EMEA P&L. You’ll translate data into action, challenge local markets, and align teams around ambitious goals—ensuring Amazon is always a growth engine for Dyson.

  • Unite EMEA market teams. Lead structured dialogues, align on strategy, and share best practices. Keep close to market reality and results.
  • Own the numbers. Take responsibility for costs of acquisition, ensuring sharp tracking and control to hit revenue and margin targets.
  • Lead cross-functional planning. Coordinate commercial, eCommerce, media, merchandising, and analytics activity to reinforce central Amazon strategies.
  • Partner with Amazon. Drive joint business planning—set shared milestones and integrate them into Dyson’s trading and market plans. Lead annual and quarterly planning sessions for priorities, growth, and investment.
  • Relentlessly analyse and optimise. Turn dashboards and KPIs into clear, actionable recommendations that move the dial.
  • Orchestrate seamless campaigns. Align launches, peaks, media, and content so every activity lands perfectly across all regions.
  • Stay ahead of the market. Monitor every change in Amazon’s retail media and analytics landscape and keep Dyson leading, not following.

About you

You have deep eCommerce expertise, a commercial mindset, and the energy to motivate teams across markets.

  • eCommerce/Amazon expertise: 6+ years in digital trading, with experience managing multi-market or regional operations. Direct experience with Amazon and retail media is a major advantage.
  • Proven media strategist: Skilled at media planning, budgeting, and squeezing value out of every marketing investment.
  • Financial fluency: Confident managing P&L, budgets, and chart of accounts. You love the numbers—and making them better.
  • Natural integrator: Skilled at aligning market teams and holding them accountable through influence, not just authority.
  • Data-driven and results-focused: Turn analytics into practical decisions and commercial impact.
  • Confident communicator: Build bridges between central and local teams. Present your ideas clearly and decisively.
  • Organised operator: Run planning and performance cycles with precision—no detail escapes you.
  • Collaborative and curious: Love cross-functional teamwork and look for ways to push processes further.
