AriensCo is seeking a motivated and experienced Assembler. We invite you to be part of our dynamic team.
Pay: Starts at $20/hour
Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:30AM-2:30PM
THE DAY TO DAY…
• Safely operate assigned machinery, equipment, and hand or power tools in accordance with all safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate and actively promote Ariens Core Values and the 15 Principles in daily work.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a production team responsible for assembling outdoor power equipment.
• Perform a variety of assembly functions utilizing hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Follow standard work instructions and procedures with strict adherence to quality and safety requirements.
• Support team members across work areas as needed to achieve daily production goals.
• Assemble and package a minimum of 140 service kits per day while meeting safety, quality, and productivity
standards.
• Assemble and box aftermarket accessories, including but not limited to:
• Suspension seat upgrade kits
• Lighting kits
• Hand warmer kits
• Hitch kits
• Tweel kits
• Striping kits
• Perform sub-assembly of attachment components, including:
• Gearboxes
• Idler Pulley assemblies
• Blower assemblies
• Operator-controlled chute assemblies
• Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Communicate effectively with team members, team leaders, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and
continuous improvement.
THE QUALIFICATIONS…
• Ability to stand for extended periods (10 or more hours per workday).
• Demonstrated manual dexterity, including the ability to use hands and fingers to accurately position and assemble
parts.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies throughout the workday.
• Willingness and ability to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Ability to understand, follow, and adhere to established standard work procedures.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a production environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to personal development, continuous improvement, and skill growth.
