POSITION TITLE: Claims Management Specialist
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure team productivity
• Set clear team goals and delegate tasks effectively
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Resolve conflicts and address team members’ concerns
• Develop and implement strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Collaborate with senior management to align team efforts with company goals
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members
• Encourage professional growth and development within the team
• Recognize and reward high performance
• Foster an open communication culture within the team
• Act as the main point of contact between team members and senior management
• Ensure clear and effective communication of goals and expectations

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Open to college graduate and undergraduate with relevant work experience in BPO Operations

• Must have at least 5 years of experience BPO Operations

• Must have at least 3 years of experience as BPO Team Lead/Supervisor

• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and management practices

• Experience in Insurance and customer service background is an advantage
