Summary:
As a Salesforce Agentforce Engineer, you will serve as a hands-on technical architect responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent Salesforce Agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes. You will work on enterprise-grade implementations, helping organizations leverage conversational AI, automation, and intelligent workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem.
This role is suited for professionals on the CTA journey who have a strong foundation in Salesforce development and hands-on experience implementing Agentforce-based solutions. You will guide teams, contribute to solution architecture, and ensure high-quality delivery of AI-powered agent implementations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support architectural planning and contribute to Agentforce solution design discussions.
Design, build, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
Define agent architecture, orchestration flows, prompts, intents, and integrations.
Implement end-to-end Agentforce solutions including agent lifecycle management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intelligent agent-based solutions.
Ensure seamless integration between Agentforce, Salesforce data model, Flows, Apex, and external systems.
Develop and review technical components including Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations supporting agent functionality.
Recommend best-fit agent design patterns and articulate solution trade-offs.
Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, and security standards.
Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) demonstrating advanced Agentforce capabilities.
Mentor development teams on Agentforce best practices and implementation standards.
Enforce Salesforce architectural principles, coding standards, and deployment governance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and technical architecture.
Proven experience in building and deploying Salesforce Agents using:
o Agentforce
o Agentforce Vibes
Solid understanding of conversational AI concepts, prompt engineering, and orchestration logic.
Hands-on expertise in:
o Apex
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Salesforce Flows
o Integrations (REST/SOAP)
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and scalable solution design.
Experience applying design patterns and best practices for agent-based implementations.
Ability to guide teams and support multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salesforce Platform Developer I – Mandatory
Salesforce Platform Developer II – Mandatory
Salesforce App Builder – Mandatory
Salesforce AI Associate – Mandatory
Salesforce Agentforce Specialist – Mandatory
Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect
(In-progress or completed – Mandatory)
Additional Information:
8–10 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
Hands-on experience delivering Agentforce solutions in project environments.
Experience working with enterprise customers.
Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery methodology.
