The Manager, InfoComm Infrastructure is responsible for the planning, execution, and support of Microsoft 365 services and applications. The Manager, InfoComm Infrastructure works closely with IT professionals, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure that Microsoft 365 services and applications are deployed, maintained, and used effectively to meet business needs and support organizational goals.

The candidate should have min 5 years of experience performing a similar role with the following attributes.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer, M365 Specialist to drive the planning, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services and applications. In this role, you will collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure seamless deployment, management, and utilization of Microsoft 365 solutions, enhancing productivity, security, and compliance across NTU.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and support Microsoft 365 deployments and migrations

• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services and applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Power BI

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end-users

• Develop and implement security and compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements

• Develop training and adoption programs to promote user adoption and change management effectively

• Analyze usage data and develop recommendations for improving the use of Microsoft 365 services and applications

• Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets

• Communicate effectively with end-users, IT professionals, and management

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 services and applications.

• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and applications.

• Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, security, and compliance.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.

• Expertise in change management and user adoption strategies.

• Experience with deploying, migrating, and administering Microsoft 365 services and applications.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
