Position Summary
Provides strategic full-cycle talent acquisition services to support OneDigital | Resourcing Edge corporate operations. Partners with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, leadership, and HR colleagues in the People and Culture pillar. Translates business objectives into effective recruiting strategies across functional areas, including payroll, benefits, tax, risk management, technology, and sales at all organizational levels. Serves as senior-level recruiting expert and mentor to junior recruiting staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Client Partnership & Strategy
Conducts senior-level stakeholder consultations to understand complex position requirements, culture, and business objectives
Develops customized recruiting strategies aligned with client goals and provides strategic guidance on talent market conditions
Maintains market intelligence and compensation benchmarks across multiple industries and functional areas
Builds talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, including executive-level roles
Recruiting & Assessment
Sources candidates through multiple channels, including professional networks, social media, databases, and passive outreach
Uses job board syndication tools and ATS platforms to maximize candidate reach
Conducts behavioral interviews and competency assessments, evaluating technical capability, motivation, and cultural fit
Coordinates client interview processes and provides candidate recommendations
Participates in building and aligning with structured hiring processes
Periodically engages external resources to fill specialty hires
Acts as first “gate” to an external sales-focused recruiter to ensure cultural and operational fit.
Performance & Compliance
Tracks KPIs including quality of hire, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and client satisfaction
Maintains accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records
Ensures compliance with employment laws and EEOC guidelines
Analyzes metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum 5-7 years’ full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated senior-level expertise
Experience recruiting across multiple business functions (HR, payroll, benefits, tax, risk management)
Proven track record managing complex searches and executive-level placements
Knowledge & Skills
Advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting technology platforms
Proficiency with ATS systems, CRM platforms, job board syndication tools, Workday, and Salesforce
Strong understanding of employment law and compliance
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
HR or recruiting certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS)
Executive recruiting experience
Experience with recruiting automation and workflow tools
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Hybrid office/remote environment with computer/phone use. Occasional travel (up to 10%). Standard office equipment and recruiting technology platforms.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
