YOUR ROLE: To manage the day to day running and processing of the Account, while developing strategic thinking and an
understanding of broader business skills and integrated solutions. You are required to manage a large number of projects and to
keep the rest of the Agency team advised of the progress being made and ensure that the Monkey level of service is upheld at all
times.

Make everything run like clockwork so you can shift focus from doing to thinking.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal Team:
• Report to Business Director / Senior Business Director.
• Demonstrate initiative with enthusiastic “can do” approach.
• Solve day-to-day problems that arise during the progression of a job.
• Keep Business Director abreast of project developments via regular updates. Keep all WIPs up to date.
• Understands Agency’s integrated offering and has deep understanding of communication development and production.
• Be the team member with an obsessive attention to detail and be buttoned down – do what you say you will do, or let
someone know if you can’t!
Creative & Strategy:
• Begin to write smaller tactical briefs to start to hone skills, sharing with Business Director for input and feedback.
• Take on responsibility for providing Creative with anything they need to help them with their creative thinking, e.g. reference
materials, research results, competitor activity.
• Oversee or take charge of (depending on project) booking in all internal reviews via Traffic.
• Start to work with Business Director to prepare materials for client presentations of creative work.
• Start to translate client feedback into debriefs, sharing with Business Director for input and feedback.
Client:
• Start to develop trusting client/agency relationships by efficiently meeting the day-to-day client needs.
• Start to build relationships with the client Marketing Executives.
• Manage client expectations – under promise and over deliver every time.
• Prepare meeting agenda prior to every client meeting.
• Prepare and distribute contact reports after every meeting. Share with Business Director to input/feedback before circulating.
Begin to learn presentation skills
• Begin to understand the clients’ product portfolios and competitive environment.
• Prepare weekly/monthly list of competitor activity to share with agency and client teams.
Financial:
• Utilise Agency resources appropriately and efficiently.
• Ensure all estimates are client approved and a PO received before any work is completed.
• Review all estimates and share with Business Director to approve before sending to client.
• Start drafting JCRs every month. Understand when jobs can be billed and closed. Share with Business Director to sense
check before finalizing.
• Start to understand contractual 3rd party production payment terms and process.
• Contribute, where relevant, to Client revenue forecasts.
Traffic & Production:
• Ensure that Agency systems and procedures are followed at each stage.
• Open jobs in Pegasus. Open job folders on the server. Take responsibility for ensuring all relevant items are correctly filed.
Ensure all final work is saved on server.
• Start to own smaller production jobs from brief to completion, asking for guidance from Senior Business Manager / Business
Director when required.
• Take charge of updating timelines for projects to ensure client and agency teams are continuously aware of deadlines and
expectations. Share with Business Director to sense check before circulating.
• Start to learn the media material instructions process.
• Start to learn the film and photography production process.
• Ensure Business Director is aware of status and approves all work before sending to client
