Job Description

1. Landowner & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for landowners to collect, verify, and manage essential land documentation.

  • Registration Support: Facilitate the land lease registration process, including accompanying landowners to the Land Office

  • Financial Coordination: Coordinate with the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC)regarding the retrieval or borrowing of land title deeds for project requirements.

  • Community Engagement: Organize and conduct site meetings to publicize project details, fostering positive relationships and ensuring stakeholder understanding.

2. Site Survey

  • Field Surveys: Conduct physical surveys of the project site, including existing structures and internal road networks.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Contract Review: Verify and audit Land Reservation Agreements to ensure all terms and conditions are met.

  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure all project-related documents are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Progress Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports for the management team.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • A diploma or higher degree in Geography, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in contacting local governments, i.e., SAO (อบต.) and Head Village-Head Sub-district (ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน-กำนัน)

  • Experience with land authorities, such as ALRO (สปก.) and the Land Department.

  • Good skills in Ms. Office, Word/Excel.

  • Good work responsibilities and duties.

  • Experience in GIS programs and Google Earth is preferable.

  • It is preferable if your birthplace is in the northeastern province.

  • Able to work at the project site.
